Breakfast for seven
Who Talsi family (the extended version), 7 people aged 4–49 from a kindergartener to electricians and philologists
Where North coast, Aa village, May 12th – Mother´s day weekend – around 10 o´clock
What this large family loves abundant breakfasts: toast, black bread, cheese (at least two kinds from which one is often mozzarella, this time also cream cheese "Merevaik" and cottage cheese), ham and sausage (often local, by OÜ Sigwar), herring with onion and sour cream, kipper salad, iceberg lettuce, avocado, always tomato (the mother of the big family can´t have her breakfast without tomato!), as a seasonal speciality there´s also ramson (Allium ursinum) on the table – the local vitamin bomb picked just outside the window, potato salad made by the mother, to drink: juice and lots of coffee (the father likes his coffee with honey – the jar with the fluorescent frog on top)!
Akna taga paistab lillevaip ja veidi eemal tuleb vastu rand ja Läänemeri...
From the window you can see a carpet of flowers and a little further ahead comes the beach and the Baltic sea...
